Requests when making a reservation
The following customers should contact the QUEEN BEETLE staff when making a reservation.
- Customers using wheelchairs
Not available if you cannot move to a seat from a wheelchair for safety reasons.
- Customers using electric wheelchairs
Depending on the size and weight of the wheelchair, it may not be available for safety reasons.
- Passengers under 6 years of age not accompanied by an adult
- Customers who are blind or have difficulty walking alone
- Customers who wish to bring in and use a child car seat for automobiles
QUEEN BEETLE does not provide child seats.
- Pregnant customers
The following contents are required on board.
- 28 to 14 days before expected birth date: Medical certificate, consent form
- Within 14 days from the expected date of delivery: Medical certificate, written consent, accompanied by a doctor
Please prepare a copy of the medical certificate issued within 7 days from the date of boarding and clearly stating that it is safe to board. The written consent form is available at the check-in counter.
- If you need to be accompanied by an embarker, or if you need additional documents, you may have to refrain from boarding due to safety reasons.
